Calendar Clerk Shegerian & Associates is a leading plaintiff-side employment and civil rights law firm based in Los Angeles. With a robust litigation docket and a strong reputation for trial work, our firm relies on a highly organized and detail-driven team to ensure every deadline is met and every hearing is on calendar. We are seeking a Calendar Clerk to join our fast-paced team of legal professionals and contribute to our continued success. We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Calendar Clerk to join our calendaring department. You will work alongside three experienced clerks and be responsible for reviewing and managing court filings and incoming mail, calculating and calendaring legal deadlines, preparing weekly reminders for attorneys, and reserving court appearances. This role requires a strong commitment to accuracy and the ability to stay focused under pressure.
