Innovation and application expertise are the cornerstones of our identity and the fuel for our growth.The Fabrication Finisher supports the Made to Stock and Finishing PEI area and assists in ensuring that the product is manufactured, inspected, packaged and shipped in accordance with established specifications. Required to cross train across departments based on business needs.***PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**** Inspect assemblies to prints / specifications* Inspect hose and identify leaks* Use all types of measuring equipment* Read and understand prints, Sales Orders and Job Orders* Testing assemblies – air and HMS (Helium Mass Spec)* Buff and/or Paint* Assemble swivels* Cover Hoses* Maintain inventory* Tag assemblies* Package assemblies* Complete paper work for certifications* Enter Sales Order shipments into courier software programs such as UPS, FEDEX, DHL, USPS, etc.* Ready packages for shipment, attaching labels, certifications etc. as sales order requires.* Knows and adheres to standards of quality and accuracy required* Ability to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.***QUALIFICATIONS**** High school diploma or equivalent* Ability to understand and follow English instructions* Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required* Knowledge of using measuring instruments* Ability to read and understand detailed work instructions and production documentation* Basic Computer skills – ability to use office software and courier software such as but not limited to, UPS, FEDEX, DHL, USPS.***CORE VALUES*****Honorable**:* Be HONEST* Treat others FAIRLY* Behave with INTEGRITY**Loving**:* CARE for the well-being of our team* Treat others with KINDNESS**Professional**:* Treat others with RESPECT* Be RELIABLE by following through and honoring commitments* Be RESPONSIBLE and own your stuff**Customer Focused**:* APPRECIATE how each of our roles impacts others* Provide great SERVICE to all we encounter**Quality Minded**:* DO IT RIGHT* Imagine a better way, CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT**Hardworking**:* DEDICATE to giving your all* Be PASSIONATE, show pride in your work***PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**** Must be able to stand for long periods of time.* Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds.* Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.* Ability to use hand and power tools.* Good hearing and vision for hose testing.* Must be able to bend, squat, stoop, twist and kneel.*Hose Master is committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for all job applicants and employees.
