Key Responsibilities of the RN - Neonatal ICU

• Deliver high-level care to neonates in a Level 3 and 4 NICU setting
• Manage critical care using EPIC, EVDs, Camino device, vasoactive drips, and more
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and utilize advanced technologies
• Administer medications and perform necessary procedures
• Document patient care and progress accurately

Requirements of the RN - Neonatal ICU

• RN license with BLS and NRP certifications
• Minimum 2 years of Level 3 and/or Level 4 NICU experience
• Proficiency with EPIC and management of critical care equipment
• Flexible to float to Neonatal PCU and other pediatric units as needed
