Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex tax engagements for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.
• Review and supervise the preparation of federal and state tax returns.
• Provide strategic tax planning and consulting services to clients.
• Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Active CPA or EA license required (If you are actively pursuing, that works too)
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in public accounting
• Currently serving as a Tax Supervisor or Tax Manager at a CPA firm
• Proven experience managing tax engagements across multiple entity types
