In this role, you will independently identify and develop business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, and promote the company's product portfolio.The ideal candidate will leverage their industry knowledge, network, and sales expertise to generate new business, conduct product presentations, respond to customer inquiries, and drive revenue growth. This is a commission-based 1099 contractor opportunity offering flexibility and autonomy.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with surgery centers, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for prospective clients.
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and applications.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide ongoing account support.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
• Meet agreed-upon sales goals and revenue objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualification:

• Proven sales experience in healthcare, medical devices, surgical products, or a related industry is required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage business development activities.
• Existing relationships within surgery centers, hospitals, or healthcare facilities are highly preferred.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations.
• Strong knowledge of surgical products, medical devices, and the OR environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred but not required.
