Job Description

Join a dynamic and rapidly growing manufacturing company specializing in panels and switchgears as an Electrical Wireman. You will be responsible for the electrical assembly and wiring of panel boxes and switchgears, handling both low and medium voltage tasks. Your role will involve connecting cables, crimping wires, and performing mechanical assembly using both personal hand tools and power tools to build the units.

• Perform electrical assembly and wiring of panel boxes and switchgears.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in electrical wiring.
• Knowledge and experience with line ladder diagrams.
• Proficiency in electrical assembly of panels or switchgears.
• Experience with low voltage and medium voltage tasks.
• Ownership of personal hand tools and power tools.

Work Environment

Work in a medium-sized, rapidly growing facility covering 100,000 square feet. The shop is non-air-conditioned but has numerous fans for air circulation.The dress code includes steel-toed shoes, jeans, work shirts, and safety glasses. Day shifts are Monday to Saturday from 6:00 am until 6:00 pm or later, typically 12 hours a day, with potential Sunday work. There is also a second shift from 3:00 pm to 3:00 am, not actively hiring for night shift but open to interviews if preferred.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Deer Park, TX.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
