What You'll Be Doing

• Assemble and wire electrical control panels and switchgear equipment.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and ladder diagrams.
• Route, terminate, and connect wires and cables.
• Install electrical and mechanical components according to specifications.
• Use hand and power tools to build high-quality electrical assemblies.
• Work closely with a team of assemblers, welders, warehouse personnel, and quality inspectors.
• Follow safety and quality standards to ensure reliable products.

What We're Looking For

• Experience with electrical wiring, panel assembly, electrical installation, or related work.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and schematics.
• Familiarity with hand tools and electrical assembly practices.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Bonus Experience

• Control panel or switchgear assembly.
• Industrial electrical experience.
• Mechanical assembly experience.
• Low-voltage or medium-voltage electrical systems.

Schedule

Day and night shift opportunities are available. Overtime may be available depending on production needs.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South Houston, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
