Calendaring experience (2+ YOE)Typical Day in the Role• Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is to build foundation for the AI tools to be built upon. They have recently gone through a couple re-organizations which hired on some additional high-level folks. Getting meetings scheduled in timely manner, attention to detail and correctness.SummaryPerforms a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners. Manages schedule(s), coordinates travel arrangements and processes business expenses. Coordinates meetings and events, department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations. Manages procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships. Provides general office support.
