Qualifications:

• Active Special Education Teacher License in the state of Texas (required).
• Dual certification:
  • For Middle School: EC-12 SPED and 4–8 Core.
  • For High School: EC-12 SPED and 7–12 Core.
• Previous experience in a Special Education setting is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction to middle and/or high school students in accordance with IEPs.
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to foster inclusive learning environments.
• Participate in team meetings, student progress assessments, and compliance documentation.
• Foster positive relationships with students and families, maintaining high standards for growth and engagement.
• Adapt teaching techniques to meet the varied needs of learners.
