Front Office & Client Services Coordinator

We are looking for someone who brings initiative and care- not someone who needs constant direction. You will work directly alongside our Operations Manager, supporting day-to-day office coordination and helping our clients move through the process with confidence. Responsibilities Front Desk Greet walk-ins warmly and professionally Answer and route phone calls clearly Schedule and confirm appointments Maintain an organized, welcoming office environment Admin and Operations Support Support our Operations Manager with project coordination and follow-up Assist with permitting tracking and document organization Learn and use JobTread project management software Handle general office tasks as they come up Customer Service Serve as a consistent, trusted point of contact for clients and leads Follow up with inquiries and help move prospects through the process Support the client journey from first contact through handoff Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 3:00pm | Saturday, 9:00am to 1:00pm Ideal Candidate Warm and people-forward- clients love talking to you Organized and reliable (especially on Saturdays) Customer service background- empathetic, not pushy Real estate or home industry experience a strong plus Eager to learn the manufactured housing industry Comfortable picking up new software (we will train you on JobTread) Takes ownership of the small things without being asked Growth Path We invest in our team. For the right person, this role includes a path toward sales support. We will pay for your HCD licensing once you are ready.
