Position Summary

Join a well-established anesthesia team providing care across multiple surgical specialties. Enjoy flexible scheduling, excellent compensation, modern technology, and a collaborative environment that supports both experienced CRNAs and new graduates.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations.
• Administer and monitor anesthesia throughout surgical procedures.
• Perform inductions, emergences, and regional nerve blocks.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams.
• Document patient care using Cerner EMR.
• Participate in equitable call rotation.
• Maintain the highest standards of patient safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• Board Certified CRNA.
• Ohio License or willingness to obtain.
• DEA required prior to start.
• New graduates and experienced CRNAs are welcome.
• Clean malpractice and license history.

Practice Highlights

• Self-scheduling
• 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
• Hospital-employed (W2) or 1099 options
• Practice at multiple locations if desired
• 7 Physicians & 18 CRNAs
• 12 Operating Rooms
• Level III Trauma Center
• Diverse case mix including ENT, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, OB, Urology, and Regional Blocks
• No Neonatal Surgery
• Modern Cerner EMR
• Physician mentoring for new graduates

• Base Salary: $238K–$260K
