We are currently recruiting a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist | Anesthesia for a prominent medical center in Findlay, OH .
Job Description
- Self-scheduling, 8-hr or 12-hr shifts, part-time or full-time as W2/hospital-employed or 1099
- BVHS Video
- Option to practice at Findlay Hospital , Bluffton Hospital , Findlay Surgery Center or a combination of locations
- Option to choose variety of cases, ability to keep up skills
- Opportunities for overtime if desired
- Full complement of medical and surgical specialties available for support
- Care team model, equitable call schedule
- Practice team of 7 full-time physicians, 18 CRNAs
- ENT, general, orthopedics, neurosurgery, gynecological surgery, low-risk obstetrics, urology, minimal healthy pediatric cases
- Welcoming new grads and experienced providers
- Physician one-on-one mentoring for new grads
- These are permanent positions that may require residency within the immediate local area. Relocation may be required. To be discussed at interview.
- Not accepting Locums providers
- Open to 1099 candidates
Compensation and Benefits
- CRNA Compensation - 1099 Service Agreement:
- Hourly Base Rate $190/hr
- Regional Blocks Stipend +$5/hr
- Pediatrics Stipend +$5/hr
- Total Hourly Base Rate w/Blocks & Peds $200/hr
- Full-Time @1712hrs, Total Compensation $325k-$345k
- CRNA Compensation - Full-Time Hospital-Employed:
- Base Compensation $238k-260k (based on experience)
- OB Stipend $5k
- Pedatrics Stipend $5k
- Regional Blocks Stipend $5k
- 403(b) Tax Deferred Annuity (4% match year 2) $8k
Submission Requirements
- Board Certified CRNA
[REQUIRED] - OH license (or willing to obtain)
