What we’re seeking:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist, eligible for practice in schools
• Previous experience working as a school-based OT, or strong interest in pediatrics and education settings
• Ability to develop and implement individualized intervention and treatment plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, staff, and families
• Strong organizational abilities and commitment to maintaining accurate documentation
• Adaptability and creativity in meeting diverse student needs within a school community

Key responsibilities:

• Provide assessments and interventions for students with a variety of needs
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert input for programming decisions
• Maintain timely, thorough records and progress reports per school and federal guidelines
• Create engaging, goal-driven therapy activities that promote student independence
• Support generalization of skills across classroom, school, and community environments
