Administrative Law Attorney

Job Description

Our client is seeking an Administrative Law Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join their team. The role focuses on state administrative law, procurement, and contracts.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle matters involving state administrative law, procurement, and contracts.
Advise clients on administrative and regulatory legal matters.
Research and analyze complex legal and regulatory issues.
Draft legal documents, contracts, memoranda, and other written work.
Represent and support clients in administrative proceedings and related matters.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience practicing administrative law.
Experience with state administrative law matters.
Strong experience with procurement and contract law.
Excellent legal research and writing skills.
Maryland Bar License preferred; JD/Doctorate preferred.
