FULL TIME Associate Attorney

The Law Offices of Steven H. The practice focuses on auto accidents, personal injuries, product liability, medical malpractice, Worker's Compensation, and similar claims. The firm advocates for injury victims across all counties in the state of Maryland. Team members work closely with clients to help them navigate complex legal processes and pursue fair compensation. The Associate Attorney will handle a caseload of injury-related matters, including auto accident and personal injury cases. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, preparing demand packages, and reviewing medical and employment records. The role involves providing legal advice to clients, participating in negotiations with insurers and opposing counsel, and appearing at hearings, depositions, and other proceedings as needed. The Associate Attorney will collaborate with attorneys and staff to develop case strategies, maintain organized case files, and ensure timely communication with clients. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Baltimore, MD.

Strong foundation in Law with experience or coursework in personal injury and civil litigation.

Ability to provide clear, practical Legal Advice to clients and stakeholders.

Proficiency in legal Research, including case law, statutes, and administrative regulations.

from an accredited law school and admission to the Maryland Bar.

Excellent written and oral communication skills, with attention to detail in drafting legal documents.

Professional demeanor, ethical judgment, and commitment to client-centered advocacy.

Prior experience in personal injury law is preferred.
