Here, your leadership is valued, your expertise is celebrated, and your professional growth is supported every step of the way.Key Responsibilities:Support oversight of Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy services at your assigned facilityParticipate in training on staffing, scheduling, productivity, and department operationsAssist with ensuring compliance with state, federal, and company standardsProvide mentorship, guidance, and clinical support to therapy staffCollaborate with facility leadership and interdisciplinary teamsParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and program developmentProvide hands-on therapy services within your licensed discipline as neededQualifications:Active state license as a PT, OT, PTA, COTA, or SLP-CCCDegree in a related field (Associate, Bachelor's, or Master's, depending on discipline)Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation settingPrior lead therapist, supervisory, or leadership experience preferredStrong organizational, communication, and leadership potentialCompensation and Benefits:Competitive salary within stated rangeMedical, Dental, and Vision insuranceCompany-paid life insurance with optional supplemental coverage401(k) with company contributionsGenerous Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidaysTuition reimbursement and CEU supportAnnual licensure reimbursement for full-time employees after one year
