Assistant General Manager

Position Overview This position plays a key role in shaping the team culture and ensuring consistently high service and operational standards. This role includes a comprehensive training program that provides broad exposure to both front- and back-of-house functions—including serving, hosting, bar operations, line cooking, prep, expediting, and all areas of financial and operational management. Qualifications At least 5+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a high-volume or scratch-kitchen environment. Experience managing revenues of $5M or more. Strong, hands-on leadership style with a guest-first approach. Ability to excel in fast-paced, high-demand service settings. Solid understanding of restaurant financials, labor scheduling, and inventory systems. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.
