You will manage visitor access, monitor entry activity, communicate clearly with guests and team members, and respond to security-related concerns. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.65 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat12:00 AM - 08:00 AMSun12:00 AM - 08:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a front desk within a technology, media, and telecommunications office location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies. Monitor access to the facility, verify visitor credentials, issue visitor badges, and maintain accurate visitor and access records in accordance with site requirements. Answer and direct incoming calls, greet guests professionally, and communicate visitor arrivals to appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate contacts. Monitor front desk activity and report unusual activity, access concerns, and security-related incidents to Allied Universal leadership and site management. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 6 months of security-related experience. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
