This role ensures smooth, accurate, and efficient administrative workflow that enables the culinary and patient services teams to deliver high‑quality service throughout the healthcare system. This position oversees essential administrative functions such as payroll processing, staff scheduling, data entry, and general departmental support. The Office Manager acts as a central communication and coordination point for leadership, frontline staff, and cross‑functional partners. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Manage and process payroll accurately and on time for all Patient Services staffDevelop, maintain, and adjust schedules across FOH and BOH teams in multiple kitchensPerform data entry, reporting, and documentation to support operational and compliance needsProvide administrative support for onboarding, recordkeeping, and departmental communicationServe as a liaison between culinary leadership, clinical partners, and staffSupport daily operational needs to ensure consistency and efficiency across all departmentsPerforms other duties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications: 3 years of administrative and clerical experience in an office, hotel, corporate and/or related work environment. Highly organized with strong attention to detailA self‑starter who takes initiative and anticipates needsSkilled at multitasking while meeting deadlinesExcellent in verbal and written communicationComfortable supporting multiple kitchens and diverse teamsConfident working independently while also collaborating with leadershipThorough knowledge of contract administration and office procedures.Working knowledge of processes and systems including financial reporting.Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.Apply to Morrison Healthcare today!
