Senior nCino Administrator Please note, this role cannot offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future Location: Phoenix, AZ or Charlotte, NC. Candidate should have 5+ years of strong SFDC and nCino hands‑on development experience and expertise in designing, developing, and implementing secure and scalable critical business solutions in Salesforce CRM. Work with technical managers, architects, and business stakeholders in gathering requirements and driving the team to implement technical solutions. This hybrid work model role seeks experienced Salesforce and nCino professionals to support the design, development, configuration, integration, and administration of enterprise lending solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with nCino, Salesforce Configuration, Development & Customization, Lightning Components, and Integrations, along with a strong understanding of Financial Services and Commercial Lending processes. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high‑performing solutions that support business growth and digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Required Skills nCino Platform Salesforce Configuration Salesforce Development & Customization Salesforce Lightning (LWC/Aura) Salesforce Integration (REST/SOAP APIs) Financial Services Domain (Commercial Lending Preferred) Roles & Responsibilities Design, configure, develop, implement, and support solutions on the nCino Bank Operating System built on Salesforce. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce and nCino solutions. Configure and customize nCino modules including Commercial Lending, Loan Origination, Customer Engagement, and Portfolio Management. Perform Salesforce configuration activities including custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, approval processes, and security setup. Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce where applicable. Design and implement integrations between Salesforce/nCino and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms. Perform data mapping, migration, transformation, and data quality activities across integrated systems. Develop reports, dashboards, and user interface enhancements to improve business productivity and user experience. Create and maintain technical design documents, configuration workbooks, integration specifications, and release documentation. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce and nCino best practices, security standards, and governance processes. Support CI/CD deployment activities, release management, and production support. Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and business users throughout the project lifecycle. Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely root cause analysis and resolution. Required Experience 2 to 15+ years of Salesforce experience depending on role level. Hands‑on experience in Salesforce Configuration, Customization, Lightning Development, and Integrations. Experience working with the nCino platform and lending solutions. Experience in Banking, Commercial Lending, or Financial Services environments is preferred. Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and SDLC practices. Preferred Certifications Salesforce Administrator Salesforce Platform App Builder Salesforce Platform Developer I Salesforce Platform Developer II nCino 201 Certification nCino 301 Certification Good to Have Commercial Lending and Loan Origination domain expertise. Experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC). Experience with DevOps tools such as AutoRabbit,GitHub, Jenkins. VS Code and GitHub Copilot expertise Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and cloud technologies. Salary And Other Compensation Applications will be accepted until 08/28/2026. The annual salary for this position is between $ 90,000– $ 110,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
