About The Company

SLG Services, Inc. performs turnkey outside-plant (OSP) telecom construction — aerial and underground placement, fiber and coax splicing, testing and restoration — as a single self-performing partner to leading communications providers.

The Role

The Construction Manager owns the technical and field performance of a geographic area, delivered through a team of Construction Supervisors. This role sets the standard for safety, design accuracy, subcontractor performance, and quality across every job in the area, and works in close, day-to-day partnership with an Area Manager counterpart on the operations side to run the business as a unified team. The Construction Manager is accountable for ensuring that what gets built matches what was designed, safely, on schedule, and to a standard the company is proud of.
