NOW HIRING: HOUSEKEEPING DIRECTOR We are seeking a Housekeeping Director to lead our housekeeping team and maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents, families, and staff. Position: Housekeeping Director Location: Tinton Falls, NJ 07724 Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate housekeeping staff Establish and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility Develop and maintain housekeeping schedules and cleaning assignments Ensure resident rooms, common areas, offices, and other facility areas are properly maintained Monitor inventory and order housekeeping supplies as needed Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning products and equipment Maintain compliance with infection control, safety, and sanitation standards Conduct regular inspections and address areas requiring improvement Respond promptly to resident, family, and staff concerns Maintain required documentation and department records Work closely with other departments to support overall facility operations Qualifications Previous housekeeping supervisory or management experience required Healthcare, skilled nursing, or long-term care experience preferred Strong leadership and organizational skills Knowledge of cleaning, sanitation, and infection-control practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team What We Offer Competitive compensation Benefits package Paid Time Off 401(k) Career growth opportunities Supportive team environment Join our team and help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents! #J-18808-Ljbffr EPIC Healthcare
