As an Territory Manager, SUD, you will join a founding go-to-market team responsible for scaling Charlie Health's Substance Use Disorder (SUD) program nationally. SUD represents our next major growth vertical, and this team is charged with building the playbook. You will play a direct role in shaping how we engage referral partners in key SUD settings such as detox centers, residential treatment centers, rehabilitation facilities, and other SUD-focused organizations. You will educate these partners about Charlie Health's comprehensive SUD treatment and mental health programs, ensuring they understand how our services can support individuals on the path to recovery.This role is best suited for someone who thrives in high-accountability environments and wants to help build something meaningful from the ground up. Join us to find not only a career but a calling.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a territory-level go-to-market strategy focused on growing our SUD programBuild deep, trust-based relationships with higher and lower level of care SUD referral partnersConduct in-field outreach 4-5 days per week, meeting with referral partners to educate them about Charlie Health's SUD programs and servicesIdentify barriers to treatment and collaborate with referral sources to improve access to care for individuals in needCollect and synthesize partner feedback to refine messaging, positioning, and execution.Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to continuously improve the SUD growth motion.Partner with internal teams to create tailored engagement strategies that resonate with SUD care providers and support long-term collaborationRepresent Charlie Health in both community settings as well as industry events, conferences, and educational sessions to promote awareness of our SUD programGather and synthesize feedback from partners and stakeholders to refine marketing, operational, and product strategiesWork cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, operations, and analytics teams to achieve growth goals within the SUD channelRequirementsMust be based in San Antonio, TXWillingness to travel extensively around San Antonio, TX4+ years of proven sales or business development experienceExperience in healthcare or behavioral health outreach preferredFamiliarity with the SUD treatment ecosystem and community ties preferredDemonstrated ability to build relationships, educate stakeholders, and foster collaborationExceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsStrong project management skills, with a knack for managing details in a dynamic environmentExperience with Microsoft Office, Teams, and Salesforce is a plusBenefitsCharlie Health is pleased to offer comprehensive benefits to all full-time, exempt employees. Read more about our benefits here.The total target base compensation for this role will be between $70,000 and $90,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers an uncapped performance-based bonus with overall expected compensation will be between $94,000 and $114,000.
