Litigation Associate

Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP is seeking highly qualified 4th-7th year Associates to join our fast-growing Complex Technology Litigation team in Silicon Valley. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team that values innovation, collaboration, and high-impact legal work. Associates will take ownership on matters, assist in case management, and help shape case strategy while advising a broad range of industry-leading clients in technology, banking, professional services, manufacturing, and commerce. The ideal candidates will have experience managing complex, high-stakes litigation. We are particularly interested in candidates who have demonstrated expertise in trade secrets, blockchain and cryptocurrency, or AI and other emerging technologies. We are seeking Associates who are: Client Centric: Prioritizing high-end client service, managing cases and deadlines, proactive and responsive, professional. Ambitious Self-Starters: Taking initiative, looking ahead, contributing to and supporting team success. Detail Oriented: Ensuring seamless execution, assuming responsibilities, and collaboration. Confident: Operating within a team and independently. Candidates should have: Four to seven years of comparable law firm experience; clerkship experience is a plus. A J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and are admitted to the California Bar. Excellent writing, advocacy, and analytical skills. Strong academic records and impressive communication abilities. The salary is commensurate with years of relevant experience & geographic location. The salary range for our Associate position is $310,000-420,000.
