We are currently seeking an organized, friendly, and motivated Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in the daily operations of the practice and help create a welcoming and positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Title Dental receptionist / admin Job Description Patient Coordination: Greet patients upon arrival, manage the check-in/check-out process, and ensure a welcoming office atmosphere. Scheduling: Coordinate and manage a high-volume clinical schedule, including new patient consultations and routine adjustments. Communication: Manage phone lines and emails professionally, addressing patient inquiries and coordinating with referring dental offices. Financial Services: Assist with patient check-out, process payments, and help families understand their insurance benefits and payment plans. Administrative Flow: Maintain accurate electronic patient records and ensure all necessary documentation is completed for the clinical team. Office Excellence: Keep the front reception area organized and assist with various administrative tasks to support the practice's growth. Salary Range full-time $21 - $25 per hour - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Shift & Schedule Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM Wednesday: (Schedule to be discussed based on needs) Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Friday: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM Sunday: Closed Requirements Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor. Customer Service: A genuine desire to help people and provide a high-quality experience for patients and their families. Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Technical Skills: Proficiency with basic computer systems and a willingness to learn specialized orthodontic software. Reliability: A strong work ethic and a commitment to being a dependable member of our team. Preferences Experience: Prior experience in a front desk or administrative role is preferred.
