Learn About a Day in the Life of a Med-Surg RN Responsibilities The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care, performs assessments, develops care plans, administers medications, and collaborates with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. The RN ensures patient safety and comfort while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Qualifications Job Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, Diploma, Associate or bachelor’s program. Current and valid RN license in Texas.
