Work Environment

Situated in the tranquil surroundings of Coyote Springs, our facility is designed to provide a peaceful and supportive environment for recovery. As an onsite practitioner, your role will involve direct patient interaction in a well-equipped rehabilitation center featuring advanced therapy tools and technologies. The typical work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic while making a significant impact in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and assess patients' physical conditions and functional abilities through comprehensive testing and dialogue.
• Formulate and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual assessments, focusing on their specific recovery goals.
• Utilize evidence-based hands-on techniques and therapeutic exercises to achieve measurable improvements in mobility and function.
• Educate patients and their families about body mechanics, injury prevention, and self-management strategies to empower them in their healing journey.
• Regularly monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure effective recovery trajectories.
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team, sharing insights with other health professionals to deliver holistic and coordinated care.
• Maintain meticulous records of patient progress, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The role focuses on a diverse patient population that includes individuals dealing with chronic pain, post-surgical rehabilitation, and mobility challenges due to various conditions such as osteoarthritis, post-trauma recovery, and neurological impairments. Your expertise will be crucial in crafting tailored interventions that not only alleviate pain but also enhance quality of life for each patient.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Nevada.
• Current board certification from the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience, showcasing proficiency in treating varying conditions.
• Strong analytical skills for effective patient assessment and treatment planning.
• Excellent communication skills, allowing for clear interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of one year of experience is required, candidates with three or more years of clinical practice in a rehabilitation setting are preferred. Experience in specialty areas such as sports rehabilitation, pediatric therapy, or geriatrics will be viewed favorably, as will familiarity with advanced therapeutic modalities and technologies.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer an attractive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, our benefits package includes:
