Registered Nurse - Geriatric | Dunn, North Carolina, US | Travel - Temporary Assignment | Start date 09/19/2026 | 6-week assignment | $1,513–$1,544 per week | Guaranteed hours: none | 12-hour day shifts (7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.), 3 days per week | LTC - Nursing Home

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive geriatric nursing care in a long-term care setting
- Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and document outcomes
- Conduct focused assessments, identify changes in condition, and update care plans accordingly
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and communicate with physicians and families as needed
- Respond promptly to call bells and emergencies, ensuring patient safety and timely interventions
- Maintain accurate documentation in medical records and adhere to infection control and safety protocols

Requirements
- Active VA RN license (as required by job notes)
- 12 months of recent RN experience
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts (7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.), 3 days per week
- Experience in or ability to adapt to a long-term care/facility setting
- Weekend requirements: Every other weekend
- Orientation will be provided during the first couple hours of the first shift
