• Schedule: Monday 12:00 PM-8:00 PM; Tuesday through Friday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
• Shifts per Week: 5
• Shift Duration: 8 hours
• Weekly Hours: 40
• Setting: Inpatient and outpatient care in a correctional health environment
• Location: Canonsburg, PA - southwestern Pennsylvania with easy access to the greater Pittsburgh area

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active Pennsylvania medical license required
• At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification preferred
• Strong skills in primary care, diagnosis, prevention, and chronic disease management
• Comfort managing routine and acute patient concerns
• Ability to work collaboratively with advanced practice providers and clinical support staff
• Basic procedural skills such as suturing, splinting, and incision & drainage

• Provide comprehensive family medicine and primary care services for adult patients
• Assess, diagnose, treat, and monitor patients using sound clinical judgment
• Develop individualized care plans and provide patient education on prevention and disease management
• Order medications, refills, ancillary testing, and referrals as appropriate
• Lead and support advanced practice providers and clinical support personnel
• Perform routine procedures and address acute patient issues efficiently
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record
• Support quality, compliance, and care coordination efforts
