Front Desk / Treatment Coordinator – City View Dental

Location: City View Dental
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Daily team huddle at 7:30 AM (front desk arrival) 
• Typical end time: 4:30–5:00 PM 
• Occasional half-day Saturdays 

About the Opportunity

City View Dental is a growing, modern dental practice with a strong team culture and a commitment to excellent patient care. We are expanding and looking for a Front Desk / Treatment Coordinator to join our team.

You will work alongside:

• 6 front desk team members
• 7 clinical team members
• 3 full-time doctors

This role combines patient coordination, scheduling, and treatment acceptance , making it ideal for someone who enjoys both organization and patient interaction.

What You’ll Do

Front Desk Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth 
• Manage phones, scheduling, and appointment flow 
• Verify insurance and patient information 
• Collect payments and maintain accurate financial records 
• Keep the schedule productive and full 

Treatment Coordinator Responsibilities

• Present treatment plans clearly and confidently 
• Help patients understand their options and financial arrangements 
• Coordinate appointments for optimal case completion 
• Support doctors in achieving high treatment acceptance 
• Follow up on unscheduled treatment
