Training and Development Specialist

Focusing on instructional design and development, the full-time remote Training and Development Specialist will create, deliver, and oversee technical training, collaborating with subject matter experts to develop engaging learning experiences. Key responsibilities: Design and develop interactive instructor-led and web-based training materials Manage relationships with stakeholders while overseeing training design, development, deployment, and evaluation Lead project teams in creating and revising training content, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Required qualifications: University degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 2 years in instructional design within a corporate environment Proficiency in adult learning theory and a portfolio demonstrating software competence Advanced skills in Articulate Storyline and familiarity with Adobe applications and Microsoft Office Experience with instructional design models such as ADDIE, SAM, or LLAMA Strong project management skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments
