This position runs from ASAP through May 2027 and is focused on providing exceptional education to 3rd-5th graders (7 students) with moderate to severe disabilities. With a weekly commitment of 37.5 hours, you'll play a crucial role in shaping student outcomes in a structured, supportive setting.

Key Qualifications:

• Hold a valid EC Adaptive Curriculum teaching license
• Demonstrated experience working with moderate/severe caseloads in a school setting
• Background in developing and implementing IEPs for elementary-level students
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to foster a positive and inclusive classroom community

Core Responsibilities:

• Plan, adapt, and deliver differentiated instruction tailored to each student’s IEP goals
• Create and maintain a supportive, structured learning environment for 3rd-5th grade students
• Collaborate with related service providers, instructional aides, and families to ensure holistic support for each child
• Maintain accurate and timely student documentation, including progress reports and behavioral data
• Implement evidence-based behavioral and academic strategies to promote student independence and growth
• Attend team meetings, annual reviews, and professional development as needed
