Top-tier National Property Management Company is seeking a seasoned, highly motivated and customer service driven Site Manager for our apartment community located in West Palm Beach, Florida
Requirements:
- 3- 5 years’ experience of Apartment Community Management
- independent superior leader/manager
- ability to take and execute direction
- strong communication
- experience with training & staff development
- organization and ability to multi-task
- customer service skills
- leasing and marketing skills
- computer skills
- team player mentality
- Bilingual preferred
Responsibilities:
- Manage w/ all aspects of overseeing apartment community including but not limited to staff management, leasing, resident retention, & partnering w/ maintenance management.
- Manage all aspects of training, developing and supervision of staff, leasing, marketing, & property projects
- Manage w/ all life safety issues & local, state and federal local compliance issues
