Job Description Farmers Insurance - Don Zerr Agency LLC is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. The role offers a competitive base salary ranging from $24,000 to $30,000, with commission and bonus opportunities to increase earnings. Candidates will drive sales, build client relationships, and contribute to the agency's success. The position is an in‑office role located in Fargo. Qualifications License Requirements: Property, Casualty, and Life, Health license. 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in insurance or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Goal‑oriented and self‑motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
