Senior Vice President - Major Projects (Power/Infrastructure)
The Senior Vice President - Major Projects (Power/Infrastructure) is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the company's major projects business. This includes the development, execution, and delivery of all major projects, as well as the management of the project team and resources. The Senior Vice President will also be responsible for developing and implementing the company's strategic plan for major projects, as well as for ensuring that the company meets its financial and operational goals.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record of success in leading and managing major projects. They will have a strong understanding of the power delivery industry, as well as a deep knowledge of the technical, financial, and operational aspects of major projects. The Senior Vice President will also be a strong leader and motivator, with the ability to build and maintain a high-performing team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the company's major projects business
- Develop and implement the company's strategic plan for major projects
- Ensure that the company meets its financial and operational goals
- Develop and manage the project team and resources
- Oversee the development, execution, and delivery of all major projects
- Manage the project budget and schedule
- Resolve project issues and conflicts
- Communicate with stakeholders and keep them updated on the progress of the project
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- 15+ years of experience in the power delivery industry
- Strong understanding of the technical, financial, and operational aspects of major projects
- Proven track record of success in leading and managing major projects
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Ability to build and maintain a high-performing team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
