Position: Construction Estimator

Location: Old Bridge, NJ

Pay: $35/hour

Hours: Monday - Friday | 8:00AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Do

Review construction plans, specifications, and bid documents
Perform quantity takeoffs and calculate material and labor costs
Obtain and compare subcontractor, supplier, and vendor pricing
Prepare detailed estimates, bid summaries, and proposals
Identify discrepancies or missing information in project documents
Track bid opportunities, deadlines, and submission requirements
Maintain organized estimates, quotes, and supporting documentation

What We're Looking For

Construction estimating or related experience preferred
Knowledge of commercial construction processes and materials
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
Strong math, analytical, and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Estimating or digital takeoff software experience preferred
No routine job-site travel required
Comfortable working in an office-based environment with project plans, pricing, and vendor documentation
