The company is based in East Brunswick, NJ and specializes in rainscreen cladding, wall panels, stairs and other complex building components. They partner with architects, contractors and developers across the country to deliver high-quality, design-driven concrete solutions. Duties include: Reviewing architectural drawing sets, performing quantity takeoffs, preparing detailed cost estimates, and developing project proposals for clients. This role is central to their pre-fabrication process and requires close collaboration with sales, production, and operations teams. Key Responsibilities Review architectural and structural drawing sets; Perform accurate and detailed quantity takeoffs using Bluebeam; Prepare comprehensive cost estimates and written proposals.
