About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Flight Support Specialist to join our team. This full-time,

hybrid role is based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, with flexibility for some remote work.

Reporting to the Flight Support Operations Director, this role is responsible for supporting the

day-to-day execution of private jet operations while ensuring an exceptional experience for our

clients and partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, able to anticipate

operational challenges, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while

collaborating closely with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage private jet trips from booking through completion

• Coordinate operational services to ensure seamless trip execution

• Communicate effectively with clients, operators, FBOs, vendors, and internal

departments

• Monitor active trips, identify potential operational issues, and escalate them as

appropriate

• Maintain accurate records and updates within the CRM

• Collaborate across departments to ensure efficient coordination and execution

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and workflows

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout every stage of the trip

Qualifications

Required

• Previous experience in private aviation

• At least 1–2 years of customer service or client-facing experience in private aviation,

luxury travel, hospitality, or another premium service environment

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• High level of accountability and ownership

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to think critically, prioritize effectively, and exercise sound judgment

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

• Professional written and spoken English

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms

• Experience with aviation platforms such as Avinode and JetInsight

• Spanish or French is a plus
