Senior Technical Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support hiring initiatives across enterprise technology, digital transformation, cloud, cybersecurity, data, AI, software development, and ERP ecosystems. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers, technology leaders, and business stakeholders to identify, attract, and secure top technical talent for both consulting and direct-hire opportunities.

This role is hybrid from any Robert Half office in CST or EST.

What You'll Do

• Partner with enterprise clients and internal stakeholders to understand hiring strategies, technical requirements, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
• Build talent pipelines for critical skill areas including AI, cloud computing, cybersecurity, software engineering, data analytics, ERP, and digital transformation.
• Develop sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and market intelligence.
• Conduct detailed technical screening conversations and evaluate candidate alignment against business and technical requirements.
• Create compelling candidate presentations and hiring manager summaries.
• Consult with clients on talent availability, compensation trends, competitive market insights, and workforce risks.
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.
• Support hiring initiatives ranging from individual contributors to managers, architects, consultants, and technology executives.
• Maintain accurate activity tracking within ATS and CRM systems.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience recruiting for technical or IT positions.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level clients or large-scale technology organizations.
• Demonstrated success recruiting across multiple technology disciplines.
• Strong understanding of modern technology concepts including cloud platforms, software development lifecycles, data analytics, cybersecurity, AI/ML, and ERP systems.
• Ability to assess technical talent and translate business requirements into effective recruiting strategies.
• Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting within consulting, professional services, or enterprise technology environments.
• Familiarity with technologies such as:

• Experience supporting contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire recruiting.

The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000 with a performance-based bonus structure.
