Executive Director, USA — Transformational Philanthropy & Partnerships

Lumos USA seeks an exceptional leader to build Lumos USA as a high-impact entity within a global organization. You will develop and execute a fundraising strategy, grow visibility, and forge transformational partnerships to secure substantial donor support. You will report to the global fundraising leadership, work with the US Board, and drive a plan to achieve durable growth while ensuring alignment with Lumos’ mission.
