About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Philanthropy Officer to lead a transformative and integrated approach to philanthropy, resource mobilization, and strategic partnerships. The successful candidate will be a dynamic, strategic, and mission-driven leader, responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies that enhance the organization's long-term financial sustainability, global influence, and social impact. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of global philanthropy, with a focus on connecting visionary families, catalyzing collective action, and supporting a new era of more reflective and regenerative giving. The Chief Philanthropy Officer will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, working to bridge economic, social, and political divides and to foster collaboration and trust in solving complex global challenges. Applicants for the Chief Philanthropy Officer position at the company should be prepared to engage in a flexible, hybrid work schedule and be committed to the values of Bridging Leadership. The role requires a leader who can not only envision the future of philanthropy but also actively contribute to its realization. A big-picture thinker, the Chief Philanthropy Officer will work closely with the President and CEO to co-create the next phase of the organization's evolution, and must be adept at resource and relationship management.
