Responsibilities include:Leading, directing, and assisting inmates within the kitchenLeading and instructing kitchen staff and inmates during meal preparationAssisting with food preparation, baking, cooking, and clean-upFollowing company recipes and established food service proceduresMaintaining a safe, organized, and productive kitchen environmentWorking effectively within a structured correctional settingPerforming physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 poundsWhat We're Looking ForSuccessful candidates should have:A high school diploma or equivalentStrong leadership and communication skillsThe ability to work well in a structured correctional environmentThe ability to read and follow company recipesThe ability to lead, instruct, and assist with kitchen and meal preparation dutiesThe ability to lift up to 50 poundsA dependable, positive, and professional attitudeSchedule & RequirementsTemporary Full-Time positionMust be flexible to work weekends and holidaysMust be flexible to work varying days and hoursTypical shift times fall between 8:30 AM and 6:30 PMMust receive clearance approval to enter the facilityPrevious food service or kitchen experience is a plus - but don't let that stop you from applying.
