Nurse Practitioners with Primary Care or direct Geriatrics experience encouraged to apply. Position Details: 100% outpatient role - 4-day work week. No call, weekends, nights, or holidays. 8-12 patients per day: wellness visits, hospital follow ups, acute illness, etc. Average patient age of 80 with focus on complex comorbidity management.
