Position Responsibilities:

• Responsible for CNC vertical and Swiss Lathe departments
• Supervise and coordinate CNC machinists and operators
• Monitor production schedules to ensure on-time delivery
• Troubleshoot machine, tooling and process issues
• Coordinate preventive maintenance activities
• Review and implement process improvements
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide training
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and company procedures
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards

Essential Skills and Experience:

• CNC machining experience, both vertical and Swiss lathes
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming, tooling, and machining processes
• Solid understanding of speeds, feeds, tooling selection, and work holding for a variety of materials
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and engineering specifications
• Supervisory and leadership experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a continuous improvement mindset
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing a plus
• High school diploma; Technical training/certification a plus
