Digital Marketing Specialist

Listen Technologies is looking for a curious, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. This is a great opportunity for an early-career marketer who wants broad, hands-on exposure across campaigns, marketing technology, website management, and creative production — with real room to grow into more strategic work over time. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you'll help execute integrated digital campaigns, keep our marketing technology stack running smoothly, serve as our day-to-day liaison with the external web development team, and support content creation and analytics across the marketing function. What You'll Do Coordinate and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across email, web, social, and paid channels Support demand and lead generation, including audience segmentation, campaign builds, and lead routing Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and marketing KPIs Administer core marketing platforms (CRM, email/marketing automation, project management, video hosting, website) Serve as the main point of contact for our external web development team Organize and maintain our digital asset library and video libraries Publish and maintain website content, monitor site health, and support SEO efforts Edit video content and create graphics/marketing collateral for campaigns Build and deploy email campaigns What You Bring 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing communications, or a related field Experience managing website content and email marketing campaigns/automations, including segmentation and reporting Familiarity with GA4, Google Ads/PPC/SEO best practices, and using data to optimize performance Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Dropbox Experience with at least one CRM, email platform, or project management tool Basic graphic design and video editing skills Strong organization, communication skills, and a genuine willingness to learn Nice to Have Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Spotler, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Monday.com, or Adobe Creative Suite Experience with a CMS such as WordPress Certifications: Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate, Google Ads Search, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist This is a hybrid role based at our Bluffdale, Utah headquarters, with occasional flexibility needed for extended hours during campaign or product launches.
