Social Media Content Creator

Position OverviewThe Social Media Content Creator is someone who is up to date on the cutting edge of trends, pop culture, and can take feedback and revisions quickly and efficiently. This role produces and publishes social media content for The Plastics Clinic + Spa (TPC) and other relevant associated accounts. They are primarily responsible for creating a constant flow of daily lo-fi content for multiple accounts, but will also assist the Creative Team in filming, editing, and posting high quality professional content. This role does not require campaign strategy or messaging direction and does not manage patient-facing inbox communication — it executes content creation and posting in line with approved briefs, content calendars, brand guidelines, and HIPAA standards.ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & ExecutionCapture, edit, and post daily lofi photo/video content across social media accountsMonitor trends, formats, audio, and pop culture shifts for content purposesAssist Creative Team with producing high-quality content, use of mirrorless cameras, lighting, editing, etc.Edit before-and-after surgery posts for physicians, with precise color accuracy and consistencyPrepare captions and visual assets in alignment with the approved content calendar and campaign briefs provided by the Marketing TeamBrand Privacy & ProfessionalismFollow TPC’s brand voice, tone, and visual guidelines, brand palette, and surgeon voice standardsEnsure all content aligns with clinic brand standards and valuesAdhere strictly to HIPAA and patient confidentiality requirementsMaintain accountability for accuracy, quality, and timeliness; accept feedback and revisions professionallyQualificationsMinimum of 2 years' experience in social media and/or content creationPrecise attention to details, especially when editing surgery before-and-after imagesProficiency with Instagram, Reels, and short-form video creation, editing, postingExceptional professional communicationExperienced using photo-editing software such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, or other comparable software; this also includes experience using vdieo editing software such as Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.Experience using Canva, Edits, & Capcut a plus.Strong base knowledge in using mirrorless cameras, photography, videography, lighting basics, etc.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Asana a plus.Why The Plastics Clinic & Spa?We’re a growing, physician-led aesthetic practice with a reputation for excellence, a tight-knit team culture, and a genuine commitment to our guests and our people.
