This contract opportunity begins August 2026 and runs through May 2027, offering 25 hours each week over 3-4 days. You'll contribute your expertise to help young learners develop crucial communication and language skills during their formative early education years.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates considered
• Valid state license (or eligibility) required for school-based practice
• Experience with pediatric, pre-K, or school-age populations preferred
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to create engaging, developmentally appropriate therapy plans

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for pre-K students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and parents
• Deliver direct therapy services in individual and small group settings
• Maintain timely and accurate progress documentation, reporting, and compliance records
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Provide guidance to support staff, teachers, and family members on strategies to enhance student communication
• Adapt therapy to diverse learning and cultural needs within the early childhood setting
