General Labor & Forklift Operators

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Temporary
Location: Inland Empire
Pay Rate: $16.90 - $20.00 per hour
Shifts: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift Available

Job Summary

We are currently hiring General Laborers and Forklift Operators for multiple warehouse and manufacturing positions in the surrounding areas of Ontario, Montclair, Corona, Chino, and Fontana. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are ready to work in a fast-paced environment and follow all company safety and attendance requirements.

General Labor Responsibilities

● Load and unload materials and products.

● Pick, pack, sort, label, and inspect products.

● Assist with production and warehouse operations.

● Operate basic warehouse equipment as trained.

● Maintain a clean and organized work area.

● Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.

● Follow instructions from supervisors and leads.

● Meet productivity and quality standards.

● Perform other warehouse or production duties as assigned.

Forklift Operator Responsibilities

● Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials.

● Transport products and materials throughout the warehouse.

● Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.

● Inspect forklift equipment before use and report any issues.

● Follow proper warehouse traffic and safety procedures.

● Maintain accurate inventory and material movement when required.

● Keep work areas clean and organized.

● Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements.

● Perform general warehouse duties when needed.

Qualifications

● Must be 18 years of age or older.

● Reliable attendance and punctuality.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment.

● Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical work for extended periods.

● Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus.

● Forklift experience/certification required for forklift positions.

● Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Physical Requirements

● Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as required.

● Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

● Ability to repeatedly bend, reach, push, pull, and lift.

● Ability to work in warehouse/manufacturing conditions.
