Job Summary Helmwood Veterinary Clinic is a General Practice Facility, seeking an experienced receptionist to join our team. Previous experience in a veterinary clinic is preferred but not required. The ideal new team member is self-motivated, a quick thinker, able to multi-task efficiently, and has excellent communication skills and compassion. Key Responsibilities Email, text and voicemail management Service excellence to address the needs of clients and clinic staff Appointment scheduling and management Patient check‑in and check‑out Manage cash, check and credit card payments from clients Client education & services Qualifications Experience providing superb professional and personable client services Minimum of 1 year working in customer services Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and Outlook experience preferred) Attention to detail Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks confidently, calmly and professionally Interpersonal skills working in a team environment Benefits and Information National Veterinary Associates is a leading global pet care organization united in the love of animals and the people who love them.
