Patient Care Coordinator/Front Desk Scheduler

Busy and growing Gynecology and Med-Aesthetics practice looking for a full-time (Monday-Thursday: 7:45am-4:45pm, Fridays: 7:45am-3pm) Patient Care Coordinator/Front Desk/Scheduler for immediate hire. Prior experience and proficiency with Electronic Medical Records is preferred. Looking for an individual with a high aptitude to learn and grow in a fast paced environment and who is has the skill set to provide excellent customer service. Most duties related to this position involve interaction with patients, so strong communication and customer service skills are required. Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to: answering phones, scheduling appointments, medical record management, insurance verification, product sales/inventory/stocking, general administrative support and other duties as may be assigned. Must have initiative, be a quick learner and must be able to multi-task. Pay will be commensurate with experience and skill set.
